Sally and Paul run The Dog House Bakery from their property in Snug - south of Hobart.
Meet us in person at the Salamanca Market in Hobart every Saturday.
We use locally sourced ingredients such as Tasmanian Leatherwood Honey from Brown's Bees; freshly ground peanut butter from a local health food shop; and, free-range eggs from a farm at Tinderbox.
We bake three to four times a week to ensure the treats are as fresh as possible.
We use carob buttons on our Big Boy treats and sell 'carob-topped Tricky Treats' at Salamanca Market. Unfortunately, we can't offer the carob-tops on line because we are concerned the carob will melt in transit.
We attend major events in Tasmania, such as Agfest in May each year. So, come and see us!
We also support the Tasmanian Dogs' Home (who adopt out abandoned or lost dogs) and Guide Dogs Tasmania.
